A unique walking route on a former Iberian-gauge railway line that linked Fuente de San Esteban (Salamanca) with the Portuguese station of Barca d’Alva (Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo).

Declared a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC) in 2000, it is the only railway in Spain to hold this designation.
