This greenway, which runs along an abandoned section of the La Robla railway between Balmaseda and Irauregi, is a magnificent riverside route along the Kadagua River. 

This greenway was built by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia.

	Note: When leaving Arbuio we face a steep slope, which is followed by a long, steep descent. The section between the Arbuio neighbourhood (Alonsotegi) and the detour to La Quadra de Arriba (Güeñes) consists of a bike lane painted on the shoulder of the old BI-636 road (very little traffic)
