Through the market gardens on the outskirts of Murcia

La Costera Sur Greenway, also known as Las Pedanías, brings back to life a disused stretch of the former Madrid–Cartagena railway line, which has been out of service since 2008. The route passes through part of seven districts to the east of the city of Murcia. Its defining features are a blend of peri-urban areas of the regional capital, traditional farmland and the backdrop of surrounding mountains.

This Greenway was developed by Murcia City Council.
