Río Tinto Greenway

Information
A stroll beside the enigmatic and almost “extraterrestrial” Río Tinto, whose rusty hue –the legacy of centuries of mining– gave its name to the river, the railway, and now to this greenway.
The mining and industrial heritage of El Campillo, together with the archaeological heritage of Zalamea la Real, are the key features of this mining-origin route that follows the course of the famous and vividly coloured Río Tinto.
