Sierra Morena de Sevilla Greenway

Information
Through the heart of this protected area, following the traces of a mining railway
There are times when mining sites are more than just desolate landscapes. Sometimes, mining activity has revealed spaces of truly impressive beauty. This is the case of the Cerro del Hierro Natural Monument, right in the middle of the Sierra Morena Natural Park in Seville. This unique site is reached via an old railway track that climbs gently through surprisingly lush landscapes, given the setting in which it lies.
