Cidacos Greenway Nature Trail
In the footsteps of the dinosaurs
The Cidacos River is a small tributary of the Ebro that, throughout 77 km, irrigates a fertile valley until it flows into the town of Calahorra. Vegetable gardens and a thriving industrial sector made gave rise to a modest narrow-gauge railway. Although the railway has disappeared, its route still follows the fertile plain, enabling us to visit the remains of the Jurassic dinosaurs that walked around here and left behind numerous tracks.
