Eo Greenway
Information
Between Asturias and Galicia, along the track of a former mining railway through shady, cool forests beside the Eo River
The mighty River Eo carved out a long valley that was used for centuries to connect the inland areas with the once flourishing port of Ribadeo. One of the river's companions on its final stretch was a modest mining railway: the Vilaoudriz-Ribadeo railway.
